Mark Rosenberg, Technical Trainer of New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, was recently recognized as a Most Valuable Professional (MVP) by Microsoft for his eighth consecutive year.
MVPs are exceptional community leaders who actively share their high-quality, real-world deep technical expertise with the community and with Microsoft. They are committed to helping others get the most out of their experience with Microsoft products and technologies.
“I am thrilled that Microsoft has awarded me MVP status again,” says Mark. “Community is very important to me, and I love sharing knowledge with software developers both in class and at community events. I look forward to the next year of involvement.”
For more than two decades, Microsoft has recognized these exceptional, independent community leaders who share their passion, technical expertise, and real-world knowledge of Microsoft products with others. It is part of Microsoft’s commitment to supporting and enriching technical communities which play a vital role in the adoption and advancement of technology.
The MVP Award provides Microsoft an opportunity to bring a voice of the community into their technology roadmaps, as MVPs are provided private information about Microsoft products and upcoming technology features and encouraged to offer feedback.
Mark has been a software developer since 1984 and a technical trainer since 2007, holding certifications as a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) and a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). He is also a charter member of Microsoft’s Springboard Technical Expert Panel (IT Pros), has served as a board member to the International .NET Association, as well as a member of Microsoft Learning’s Developer Courseware Advisory group.
