New Horizons Computer Learning Centers’ Microsoft Office helpdesk solution, Knowledge Ninjas, has recently added more products to its existing service. In addition to the latest versions of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Knowledge Ninjas will now offer solutions to OneNote, Skype for Business, and Office 365.
“In an effort to support our global mission to ‘Empower people around the world to succeed through learning’ we created Knowledge Ninjas to support our customers instantly in the moment of need,” says Mark Kassing, products manager. “Customer demand was the driving reason that we increased our support by 50% adding Skype for Business and OneNote to our Knowledge Ninjas expertise.”
Initially launched on August 15, Knowledge Ninjas grants companies and individuals the access to interact with Microsoft experts in real-time to resolve questions on task and function around certain desktop application products through chat, screen share and audio/video technologies.
